Basic Document Checklist for Home Loan

Salaried Individual:

• 1 Photograph of applicant and co-applicant
• PAN & Aadhaar Card of Applicant & Co-Applicant
• Current Address Proof of Applicant & Co-Applicant
• Last 6 Months Bank Statement of salaried account
• Last 3 Months Salary Certificate / Slip
• Form 16 / Form 26 AS and ITR of latest 2 yr.
• Running Loan Obligation Details of applicant and co-Applicant, if any.
• Processing Fees Cheque

Self Employed Individual:

• 1 Photograph of Applicant & Co-Applicant
• Current Address Proof of Applicant & Co-Applicant
• PAN Card of Applicant & Co-Applicant
• Last 3 years Audited Balance Sheet for the applicant and of the firm
• Last 3 years personal ITR with Computation for the applicant and of the firm
• Last 1 year’s savings and current bank statement of applicant and current
  account statement of the firm.
• Existing loans track record
• Term Loans details, if any.
• Processing Fees Cheque

Resident of India:

• Copy of PAN Card
• Copy of Aadhaar Card
• Photographs in all cases

NRI/Foreign National of Indian Origin

• Copy of individual’s passport/PIO card
• Certificate by Indian Embassy of Country of residence
• In case of demand draft (“DD”), the confirmation from the banker
  stating that the DD has been prepared from the proceeds of
  NRE/NRO/FCNR account of the allotee
• In case of a cheque, all payments should be received from the
  NRE/NRO/FCNR account of the customer.
