Signature Global will Invest 310 Crore in Affordable Housing Project in Gurugram

Signature Global announced a new project Signature Global Imperial, which is sprawled across nearly 9 acres of land parcel and houses 141 units.

 Realty major, Signature Global,a leading company into building affordable homes, is going to invest 310 crore for the development of the affordable housing project in Gurugram, Haryana.

 The company will sell flats of Signature Global Imperial at a price range of Rs 17.56 lakh to Rs 28 lakh.

 Signature Global founder and Chairman Pradeep Aggarwal said, “In spite of ongoing pandemic conditions, the success of each of our affordable housing projects indicates strong pent-up demand for quality homes from trusted brands, who have a track record of offering great value for money,”.

 The total cost of this project which will be developed as per green building norms, is Rs 310 crore. The project is expected to be completed in the next four years.

 If we look at the previous 7-8 years, Signature Global has successfully launched 30 housing projects, mainly in Gurugram, Sohna and Karnal (Haryana), from which seven projects have already been delivered.

 Signature Global Group has also launched commercial projects, which include shopping mall, in Vaishali and Ghaziabad (Uttar Pradesh). It comprises over 7.5 lakh square feet area.

 The government is supporting housing for all mission for which it is boosting the development of affordable homes and charging only 1 per cent GST.

 If we go by the recent study conducted by housing brokerage firm PropTiger, which is part of Australia’s REA group and owns Housing.com, sales figure in 8 prime housing markets increased to13 percent in 2021 to 2,05,936 units from 1,82,639 units in the previous year.

 From the total housing sales, 43 percent sale lies under the price bracket of Rs 45 lakh.
